I Can't Do It Alone T-Shirts

At first glance the words on this shirt may be confusing, even meaningless.   Yet, these words represent a mission and vision.  We all like the “rah rah” sayings, but they take on a meaning when they define who we are. The content of this shirt acts as a reminder of the pact I have made with myself. To others it might remain random words but by choosing to wear this shirt you are now a member of “my, our and the” team hopefully you will find a word or two that may have some significance for you as well.

Hard work knows no limits: There is no limit to what can be accomplished when you are constantly working hard at achieving it.

Holy Humble Hungry: First look to GOD, do not take for granted what HE has given you and with ambition you can use your gifts to reach your full potential.
“I welcome debate but will not accept division”: I “borrowed” this from the President.  I am not always going to like everything I HAVE to do to be successful and the best plan may change from time to time. Sometimes we will have to agree to disagree understanding right or wrong this is a partnership.

Image is how you are viewed by others, Identity is who you are when no one is looking: Whether I am in front of the camera after a race or in front of the mirror all dressed up with no where to go I will remain the same person.

Accountability and Transparency: We are all responsible for our actions. We know actions speak louder than words. Wouldn’t it be nice if when asked, “Is your father a glass maker,” to simply reply “YES!”

Too rich to be reckless: I have been given too many gifts and blessings to jeopardize them at any point with poor decision making which might cause me to regret my actions and hinder growth or progress. I will not put myself or others in a position to have to do “damage control.”

My net worth and self worth are not related: Running is my means of income. Certainly the plan is have monetary growth and capitalize off the earning potential created because of my performance and image. It is important that money not be the driving force behind my efforts. I want to run fast and WIN but at the end of the day I want to be seen as a winner in life not just on the track.
